About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Director to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and making informed strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to enhance business performance
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to inform strategic decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as a management accountant or similar role
  • BSc/BA in accounting, finance or similar field
  • Relevant certification (e.g. CPA) will be preferred
  • Solid knowledge of basic and advanced accounting and financial principles and practices
  • Excellent knowledge of cost accounting and reporting
  • Excellent knowledge of risk analysis, budgeting and forecasting
  • Working knowledge of financial software and MS Office
  • Analytical mind with aptitude in math
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A problem-solver with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
