Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to join our team at Global Insurance Agency Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and designing and managing investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Control
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to achieve business objectives
    • Monitor and control budget and expenditures to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Policy and Procedure Development
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Review and update policies and procedures as needed to reflect changes in the business environment
  • Investment Strategy and Management
    • Design and manage investment strategies to optimize returns and minimize risk
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to inform investment decisions
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Oversee the preparation of financial reports and analysis to inform business decisions
    • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in financial planning and management
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
