Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Director to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, this role will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a management accountant or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Relevant certification (e.g. CPA) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices, including cost accounting and financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
