About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Edmonton showroom to commercial success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a lead role in merchandising the showroom by creating visually appealing lighting and furniture displays
  • Train and lead a team of Showroom Account Executives and other support functions
  • Welcoming showroom visitors and understanding their needs
  • Helping customers select and review products best suited to their project requirements
  • Communicating product features and benefits in an engaging manner
  • Maintaining the showroom's appearance by ensuring cleanliness and organizational standards
  • Developing clear and effective written proposals and quotations
  • Connecting with customers through email, telephone, and in-person interactions
  • Providing our Customer Service team with required information to resolve product or delivery issues
  • Participating in Product Knowledge sessions with our vendors
  • Participating and organizing showroom events as needed
