About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Edmonton showroom to commercial success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute merchandising plans to create visually appealing lighting and furniture displays
  • Train and lead a team of Showroom Account Executives and support functions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including welcoming visitors, learning their needs, and recommending products
  • Communicate product features and benefits effectively to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations
  • Connect with customers through email, telephone, and in-person interactions
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve product or delivery issues
  • Participate in Product Knowledge sessions with vendors
  • Organize showroom events as needed

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales or management
  • Post-secondary degree in Interior Architecture, Design, Lighting Design, or Business Administration
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000, plus commission rates based on experience.
