About the Role

The ideal candidate for this position is a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales or management, possessing a natural talent for leadership and team development. They should have a keen eye for design and excellent interpersonal skills, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in Interior Architecture, Design, Lighting Design, or Business Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a lead role in merchandising the showroom by creating tasteful lighting and furniture displays.
  • Train and lead a team of Showroom Account Executives and other required support functions.
  • Welcome showroom visitors and learn the reason behind their visit.
  • Help people select and review products best suited to their project needs.
  • Communicate product features and benefits in an engaging manner.
  • Uphold showroom appearance by maintaining and upholding cleanliness, and organizational standards.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations.
  • Connect and follow-up with customers through various interactions.
  • Provide our Customer Service team with required information to resolve any product or delivery issues.
  • Participate in Product Knowledge sessions with our vendors.
  • Participate and organize showroom events as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Operations Officer, Vice President of Sales, Regional Sales Manager, and other teams as required.
  • Flexibility is required as professional functions, trade shows, and other activities may require temporary changes to typical working hours.
