Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Risk Assurance Advisory Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our internal audit function, you will be responsible for reviewing and testing internal company controls, identifying and recommending remediation for deficiencies, and performing audits of operational and fiscal activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and complete reviews of operations, processes, and controls of all operating and functional areas of the facility.
  • Identify potential internal control issues and report findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare written reports for all engagements and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster relationships with operational management personnel in a cross-functional team-based matrix organization.

Requirements:

  • Internal audit (CIA or CISA) designation.
  • 3+ years' internal controls or internal audit or audit experience in a highly computerized, manufacturing industry environment.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of functional backgrounds and levels within a dynamic, forward-looking team-oriented organization.
