We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Secretary to join our team at AMJ Campbell Calgary. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to team members
    • Respond to electronic enquiries and correspondence
  • Financial Administration
    • Compile and maintain financial data, statistics, and reports
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and accounts payable
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Familiarity with QuickBooks and other financial software
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands

Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or finance
  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial or administrative role
