Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Secretary to join our team at AMJ Campbell Calgary. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our financial operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant personnel
    • Respond to electronic inquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Financial Administration
    • Compile and maintain accurate financial data, statistics, and reports
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Familiarity with QuickBooks and other financial software
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced administrative environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
    • Ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in a dynamic environment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial or administrative role
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., business, finance, administration)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial software
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
