Position Details:

Seasonal Full-Time Role: BALANCE CLERK (MAY TO MID-NOVEMBER)

Work Schedule: VARIABLE SCHEDULES REQUIRED, INCLUDING DAY, EVENING, AND NIGHT SHIFTS

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $27, based on experience, plus overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input data into Excel spreadsheets;
  • Manage filing systems and order processing;
  • Utilize the Vision system for weighing truck inputs and outputs;
  • Oversee truck drivers in the yard during weighing procedures;
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and external balance;
  • Occasionally signal for sand trucks, with training provided;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Strong expertise in Excel;
  • Fluent in spoken English;
  • Excellent written communication skills in French;
  • Demonstrated diligence, autonomy, and adaptability;
  • Ability to thrive under pressure;
  • Willingness to work evening or night shifts as required.
