Key Responsibilities- Conduct and coordinate studies and analyses related to ventilation, heating, plumbing, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in our buildings.
- Develop and implement quality control programs for indoor air quality in our buildings.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project managers and other team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Membership in good standing with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
- At least 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on mechanical engineering and building systems.
- Experience with energy efficiency and LEED certification is an asset.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- A competitive salary range of $90,840.84 to $119,491.09 per year.
- A 33.75-hour workweek, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
