Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing meeting minutes, agendas, and other documents.
    • Develop and maintain office procedures and protocols to ensure efficient operations.
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Respond to incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner.
    • Prepare and send correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Record Keeping and Data Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, inventory, and other business data.
    • Compile and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Travel and Logistics
    • Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and make other travel arrangements as required.
    • Coordinate meetings, events, and other activities as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Requirements
