We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Coordinator to join our team at Rockwell Automation. As a Contract Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the execution and completion of projects, maintaining timelines, customer satisfaction, and costs.
Key Responsibilities- Primary point of contact for all projects/contracts as assigned.
- Manage projects exceeding $100,000.
- Regularly provide updates to customers on project status, creating and providing updates as required by the customer.
- Lead face-to-face meetings for large contracts (kick-off and close-out at minimum).
- Work closely with Territory Service Managers, engineers, and other team members, ensuring effective collaboration for project success.
- Manage Contractual activities to ensure timely completion, including Preventative Maintenance.
- Regularly update QuickBase with tasks, cost, margin, and forecasted completion dates.
- Ensure project/contract cash flow is followed per proposal, including timely invoicing and payment.
- Demonstrate commercial skills in fulfilling customer requirements.
- Quickly react and respond to urgent customer needs, ensuring open communication and timely responses.
- Plan and prepare resources to meet customer demands, balancing workload across projects.
- Identify, predict, and minimize technical, contractual, and financial risks, effectively planning for the project/contract lifecycle.
- Prepare regional projects revenue forecast and update monthly projections.
- Maintain and store Project/Contract documentation as required by RA policy.
- Identify and lead process improvement projects.
- Ensure project/contract teams follow proper safety procedures per RA and customer policy.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
- Travel as required to cover assigned region/sub-region (
