Accounting Bookkeeper Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at Wealth Creation Preservation & Donation Inc. As an Accounting Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data with precision and accuracy.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare trial balance, financial statements, and reports to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
  • Bookkeeping and Accounting: Perform general ledger maintenance, prepare financial statements, and review financial data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Windows, Quick Books, and Sage Accounting Software.
  • Area of Specialization: Accounting with a focus on financial data management and analysis.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and multitask effectively.
  • Personal Suitability: Client-focused, organized, and a quick learner with excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
