You will be positioned at one of our premier manufacturing facilities. Throughout your term, you will acquire essential experiences and skills by enhancing production efficiencies, devising innovative business solutions, and executing process modifications. Moreover, aligned with our Pep+ objectives, you will contribute to initiatives that promote positive outcomes for our operations, workforce, and environment. During your tenure, you will have the chance to demonstrate your significant contributions by presenting to the Supply Chain Leadership team.

This role will involve motivating a frontline team, resolving challenges, and eliminating obstacles to ensure operational success. You will also be tasked with monitoring critical business KPIs to identify trends and focus on impactful projects that advance PepsiCo's mission to be a Faster, Stronger, and Better Company.

Responsibilities

Skills & Experiences You Will Acquire:

Enhancing team capabilities through effective employee relations, training, and communication for frontline personnel. Applying theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in operations, maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and preventive measures to support equipment reliability. Implementing the Annual Operating Plan for Production. Meeting performance benchmarks regarding safety, line utilization, and quality. Monitoring key performance indicators and costs, proactively addressing trends that may hinder financial targets. Ensuring the reliability of facility equipment to minimize downtime. Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations. Complying with quality management programs and food safety systems, including HACCP, GMP, and SSOPs. Qualifications
