Job Title: Supply Chain Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team at 7 Sides Transport Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation equipment and machinery, recruiting and hiring staff, training workers in duties and policies, conducting performance reviews, coordinating and assigning work, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, establishing work schedules and procedures, and planning, organizing, and overseeing operational logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Coordinate and assign work to team members
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch management software
Work Environment:

The Supply Chain Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure.
