Logistics Operations Manager

Stone Gallery Ltd is seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional with strong leadership skills to manage our logistics operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate logistics activities with other departments to ensure seamless execution
- Develop and implement processes to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate better rates and terms
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics operations or related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Stone Gallery Ltd offers a competitive salary package, including:
- Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
