Job Title: Director, Supply Chain Management

Trans Mountain is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Supply Chain Management team. As Director, Supply Chain Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the procurement and logistics functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the energy or pipeline industry.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of contract and bid law, as well as procurement and logistics principles.
