Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at Blue Ocean Freight Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move products and materials within the warehouse
  • Build pallets and prepare shipments for delivery
  • Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structures or systems and material requirements
  • Perform tasks such as weighing materials and goods, making labels, and packing and unpacking goods
  • Transport and distribute materials and goods within the warehouse
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
