Job Summary:
The Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to fill the CUPE NTB 561 position. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students in our schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student learning
- Communicate with parents and guardians to share progress and recommendations
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Ontario
- Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
