Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dr. A Korada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: The ideal candidate will have a college or CEGEP diploma and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical administrative role.
  • Administrative Tasks: The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, completing insurance forms, maintaining filing systems, and preparing medical reports and correspondence.
  • Customer Service: The Medical Administrative Assistant will provide excellent customer service to our patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and electronic mail.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

The Medical Administrative Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care.
