**Job Summary**

Capleo Global LLC is seeking a highly skilled Service Design Specialist to join our team. As a Service Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating the Service Strategy and a plan to deliver on the Strategy to transform the business from the 'as-is' structure to the 'to-be' structure.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement Service Design strategies to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ADMs and Executive Directors, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Design and deliver workshops, community engagement, executive presentations, and co-design sessions to facilitate stakeholder engagement and buy-in.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of cultural safety and designing for inclusiveness and accessibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Service Design, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in relevant specializations of Service Design, Design for Health, Inclusive Design, or Systems and Design Thinking.
  • 5+ years designing complex service design systems for multiple touch points projects.
  • Strong portfolio highlighting service design implementation, design research, strategic approaches, and systems thinking.
  • Excellent understanding of audiences and the impact of technology on user journeys.
  • Thorough understanding of cultural safety and designing for inclusiveness and accessibility.
  • Knowledge of BC healthcare systems an asset.
