**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Service Design, Design for Health, Inclusive Design, or Systems and Design Thinking.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing complex service design systems for multiple touchpoints.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing service design implementation, design research, strategic approaches, and systems thinking.
  • Excellent understanding of audiences and the impact of technology on user journeys.
  • Thorough understanding of cultural safety and designing for inclusiveness and accessibility.
  • Knowledge of BC healthcare systems is an asset.
