Your expertise in design research, information architecture, content development, prototyping, and strategic planning will be instrumental in driving this transformation.
You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, including Administrative Directors and Executive Directors, effectively communicating your vision and recommendations through compelling presentations. Your ability to facilitate workshops, engage communities, and lead co-design sessions will be essential for gathering insights and fostering collaboration throughout the process.
Responsibilities:- Develop a robust service strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative service solutions across multiple touchpoints.
- Conduct thorough design research to understand user needs, pain points, and expectations.
- Create compelling journey maps, service blueprints, and other visual representations to communicate your designs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful implementation of the service strategy.
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Service Design, Design for Health, Inclusive Design, or Systems and Design Thinking.
- 5+ years of experience designing complex service design systems for multi-touchpoint projects.
- Proven expertise in facilitating workshops, community engagement sessions, executive presentations, and co-design activities.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your service design implementation, research methodologies, strategic approaches, and systems thinking skills.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
