Location: Montréal
Job SummaryGBi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator in Engineering to join our team in Montréal. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing engineering projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Provide support to project managers and team members as needed.
- Participate in project meetings, including status updates, progress reviews, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering project coordination or management.
- Membership in the Order of Engineers of Québec (OIQ) is required.
- Project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in French is required, and proficiency in English is an asset.
