Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, technical directors, engineers, and technicians to ensure seamless project execution.
- Environmental Site Assessments: Coordinate all stages of environmental site assessments, including data collection, interpretation, and reporting.
- Contaminated Land Remediation: Evaluate cost-effective intervention options for contaminated site rehabilitation programs and develop quality deliverables.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
- Fieldwork and Monitoring: Conduct fieldwork, including soil and groundwater characterization, monitoring programs, and contaminated land rehabilitation works.
- Proposal Development: Participate in technical proposals and tenders to secure new business opportunities.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, and monitor project budgets to achieve financial objectives.
- Education: University degree in engineering, geology, or a related environmental field.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices, detail-oriented with strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate with colleagues across Canada.
- Assets: Bilingualism, professional engineering or geology license, experience with environmental permits, familiarity with various software, and fieldwork experience in environmental characterization or remediation.
