We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at RK Sweets & Restaurant. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our kitchen and service staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to our staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and safety.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and reports to ensure the financial health of our restaurant.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and teamwork skills. You will be working in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods, and meeting tight deadlines.
