Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at CN Architectural Millwork and Construction Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Communication: Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, budget variances, and quality control metrics.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
