Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to be a part of an exciting upcoming project in Brentwood. This role is for someone who is eager to receive hands-on training and professional mentorship from experienced Project Managers, trade partners, and field operations staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and maintain all project materials, including drawings, specifications, purchase orders, design plans, contract documents, and file correspondence.
- Prepare change order documentation and tracking of all contracts change orders and purchase orders.
- Assist with the sample and shop drawing review process throughout the project, including review, distribution, and final approvals electronically.
- Report on project progress and productivity to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with on-site and company-wide health and safety protocols and policies.
Requirements
- Certificate, diploma, or degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum one to two (1-2) years of experience in construction on-site as a Project Coordinator.
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and other construction-related software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written/verbal) skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Willing and excited to work on site and be actively involved in project execution.
