Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at CN Architectural Millwork and Construction Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems
  • Plan and manage budgets
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Develop risk management plans
  • Prepare reports
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Study plans, specifications or drawings of articles to be made
Requirements:
  • Permanent work term
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
  • Other trades certificate or diploma
  • 5 years or more of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
