Office Operations Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team at Prema Telecom Inc. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our administrative functions.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Assess and refine new administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Assign tasks to office support personnel to ensure optimal workflow.
- Set work priorities and guarantee adherence to procedures and timelines.
- Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
- Implement policies and procedures for the management of records in compliance with governmental access to information and privacy laws.
- Organize and strategize office services, including logistics, supplies, and maintenance.
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately.
- Supervise and coordinate office administrative operations.
- Manage payroll processes effectively.
Oversee a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
Technical Proficiency- Proficient in electronic mail and various MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with MS Windows environment.
Basic security clearance is required for this position.
Transportation RequirementsCandidate must have access to personal transportation.
Work Environment- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
