The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to join our Client Services team as a Service Support Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional training and support to our customers in the Service module of our software.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive training to customers in the Service module of our software, utilizing both English and French languages.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Write and investigate tickets, escalating complex issues to the corresponding teams as needed.
  • Support and troubleshoot issues with the Service Support team, utilizing strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, reflecting changes in departmental processes.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external training requests, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, delivering training sessions and navigating the Service module to provide expert assistance.
  • Travel occasionally (approximately 25% of the time) to Canada and the USA, representing PBS Systems and providing on-site support.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to articulate complex technical information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of software applications and technical systems.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment, with a proven track record of customer service and technical support.
  • Superior problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
