Customer Service Specialist

EMCO Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and fostering long-term relationships with our valued customers.
Main Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to drive sales, meet sales and profit goals, and build lasting customer relationships.
- Sales: Process sales orders, convert quotations into orders, and proactively reach out to new customers through outbound calling.
- Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with key accounts, ensure their needs are met, and strengthen customer relationships to expand market share.
- Project Management: Manage large projects, maintain detailed records, and update customers on project status.
- Order Processing: Process sales orders, convert quotations into orders, and follow up on quotes and orders.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to team activities, support sales, and engage customers face-to-face during peak hours.
- Credit Risk Management: Alert management of any customer-related credit risks.
- Education: College or University degree.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent customer service and phone skills, ability to prospect and boost sales with existing accounts, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Preferred Skills: Knowledge of HDPE pipe and Civil infrastructure, experience with M3 or other ERP systems.
