Join the Oakville Community Foundation as we seek a seasoned professional to lead our community investments efforts. As Director, Community Investments, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with donors, build relationships, and foster a culture of philanthropy within our community.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our community. As Director, Community Investments, you will:

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with donors and build relationships
  • Foster a culture of philanthropy within our community
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to achieve organizational goals
  • Manage and lead a team of community investment professionals
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
About Us

The Oakville Community Foundation is a local charitable solutions provider, delivering the tools to realize charitable passions. We act as a philanthropic medium, investing donations to generate new money for the Oakville community and charities. Our mission is to keep an eye on the community's needs and put resources where they are needed.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 – $135,000, strong healthcare benefits, a culture of professional and caring staff, flexible hybrid work schedule, and the opportunity to participate as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
