Director Community Support Services

Seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Community Support Services team. As Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with our community, build relationships with stakeholders, and drive philanthropic growth.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of community development, philanthropy, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement strategies that align with our organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build relationships with stakeholders and drive philanthropic growth
  • Lead the Community Support Services team to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that align with our organization's mission and goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, donors, and stakeholders
  • Develop and manage budgets to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of increasing responsibility in stewardship, community engagement, and philanthropy
  • Strong understanding of community development, philanthropy, and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with community partners, donors, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
