Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Server at St Louis Bar and Grill, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any concerns they may have.
  • Preparing and serving specialty dishes directly to patrons.
  • Presenting bills and processing payments through various methods.
  • Describing menu items and daily specials to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensuring compliance with local liquor laws and regulations.
  • Offering recommendations on menu selections to guests.
  • Balancing cash and recording sales accurately.
  • Maintaining cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables and serving areas.
  • Providing insights on wine selections to complement meals.
  • Welcoming guests, presenting menus, and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Taking orders and communicating them effectively to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Replenishing condiments and supplies as needed.
Work Environment

This position is set in a fast-paced restaurant environment where you will be required to stand for extended periods. The role demands a strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Qualifications
  • No formal education is required; however, a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Experience is not necessary as training will be provided.
