Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Server at St Louis Bar and Grill, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Prepare and serve specialty dishes directly to customers at their tables.
  • Present bills to patrons and process payments through various methods including cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including daily specials.
  • Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and regulations.
  • Offer recommendations on menu selections to enhance the dining experience.
  • Manage cash transactions and accurately record sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Assist customers in selecting wines that complement their meals.
  • Welcome guests, present menus, and respond to inquiries regarding food and beverage options.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently and courteously.
  • Take customer orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Restock condiments and supplies at tables and service areas as needed.
