Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at St Louis Bar and Grill. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Describe and advise on wine selection to customers
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
