Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Top Beauty Nail Supply. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system and maintaining accurate records of our stock levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless inventory management
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics
  • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery used for inventory management
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies related to inventory management
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient inventory management
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure the smooth operation of our inventory management system
Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Working Conditions
  • Permanent full-time position
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language required
