Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Top Beauty Nail Supply. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, coordinating activities with other departments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate inventory management activities with other departments to ensure efficient operations
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking of stock levels, orders, and shipments
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve inventory management and reduce costs
  • Train and supervise inventory control staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory-related issues and improve overall supply chain efficiency
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
