Business Systems Analyst

Finance Professionals Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business requirements and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Requirements Analysis: Perform thorough stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and their responsibilities.
- Estimation and Planning: Provide estimations for releases that you are leading and/or working on, and work with the Project Manager to identify project tasks and scheduling.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review.
- Documentation and Training: Contribute to end-user documentation and prepare training material.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years' work experience as a business analyst or business systems analyst.
- Skills: Highly skilled in BA techniques such as scope modeling, requirements elicitation and management, use cases, business rules analysis, business process modeling, acceptance and evaluation criteria definition.
- Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional or Project Management Institute Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI-PBA).
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management solutions (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Entra ID, Okta).
