Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Apex Systems. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and improving our client's data warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to drive business decisions
  • Develop and maintain data models and mappings
  • Collaborate with development teams, QA teams, and business stakeholders to drive project delivery
  • Design and implement data transformations and SQL queries
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst in a data warehouse or data analytics team
  • Strong Excel and SQL data analysis skills and data investigation experience
  • Experience utilizing Jira and Confluence
  • Knowledge of Hadoop/Netezza and data mapping
  • Strong understanding of full SDLC and gathering requirements
  • Experience working in a banking environment is a plus
  • Exposure to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) domain knowledge is a plus

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
