Job Title: Part Time Group Fitness Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at the YMCA of Three Rivers. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality group fitness classes for adults of various fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging group fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and abilities
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to achieve their health and fitness goals
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement fitness programs
  • Communicate effectively with participants, staff, and volunteers to ensure a positive and inclusive experience
Requirements:
  • Group Fitness Certification (Aquafit, Yoga, MOSSA certification is an asset)
  • Enthusiasm and passion for fitness and wellness
  • Ability to coach diverse groups of people with varying fitness levels and abilities
  • First Aid/CPR-A certification
