Your Role as an Aquafit Instructor
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Aquafit Instructor to join our team. You will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and motivating environment for adults to achieve their fitness goals through aquatic exercise.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging aquafit classes tailored to diverse groups of participants with varying abilities and fitness levels.
- Provide clear instructions, demonstrations, and modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout experience for all.
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes teamwork and individual progress.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to contribute to the overall success of our fitness programs.
Qualifications:
- Aquatic Fitness Certification is required.
- Additional certifications in group fitness or personal training are an asset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- A passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their wellness goals.
