Responsibilities:

* Evaluate daily operations and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective sales and service delivery
* Manage staff and assign duties to ensure that sales and service goals are met
* Determine merchandise and services to be sold and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
* Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
* Conduct performance reviews to ensure that staff are meeting sales and service goals

Requirements:

* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail sales and service
* College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Fast-paced environment
* Goal-oriented and hardworking
* Willing to relocate for this position
