Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Original Flying Fashions Canada LTD. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and cashiers, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct sales representatives and cashiers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Delegate tasks and create work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Approve payments and product returns, and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage inventory levels, place orders for goods, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements

  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and move quickly around the store.
