About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Home Hardware. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the sales process to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key sales trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
