Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, standing for extended periods, and maintaining attention to detail.
- Personal Qualities: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
