About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Home Hardware. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports to management, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or leadership role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
