Fuel Station Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage staff including apprentices and sales personnel.
- Delegate tasks to sales associates effectively.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff or coordinate training programs.
- Facilitate professional development courses.
- Design and implement permanent and temporary displays for various events.
- Manage inventory and order merchandise as needed.
- Authorize merchandise returns and manage inventory discrepancies.
- Create and maintain work schedules for staff.
- Engage in sales activities and promote merchandise.
- Compile reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
- Maintain organized inventory systems.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
- Handle cash management and oversee payroll processes.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations.
- Supervise administrative and volunteer staff.
Responsible for supervising 1 to 2 individuals.
Technical Skills- Proficient in iOS and MS Outlook.
- Experience in computer interactive or multimedia displays.
- Background in merchandising or window display design.
Retail store management.
Personal Attributes- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Strong client focus and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organized, reliable, and dependable team player.
- Demonstrates flexibility and initiative.
- Ability to multitask and exercise sound judgment.
